We used DocuVault for two County-wide shred events and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. We chose DocuVault because of their availability and ability to shred onsite. We will continue to choose DocuVault because of the extraordinary service we received from Felix, Troy and Sherode. Felix & Troy called on their way to our events, allowing us time to start staging our lines and keep traffic off the street. As soon as they parked they immediately started working and helped us in every aspect- unloading boxes, running after loose papers that were flying in the wind and most importantly running the shredders as soon as we filled a cart so that residents could see the shredding in action. They interacted with just about every resident that participated, whether it be a smile, wave, thumbs up or pointing to the monitor that showed the jaws cutting up the papers. Sherode was fantastic from the get -go of scheduling our events, he explained the services DocuVault provided, worked with getting us two prime dates, assured me that his two best workers would be assigned to us and followed up after our events. I hope I have the opportunity to work with these three gentlemen again!

Our driver, Jimmy, is one of the most friendly people to walk through our doors each week! His is very professional when he comes in our office, respectful of our mask policies when they were a requirement, and always says "Good Morning" to our staff when he arrives. Jim does a terrific job, always prompt, very informative, has patiences if my area is busy and jammed up - he will wait for me with no pressure or stress on me as I have to take Jimmy to each unit.
